All orders are shipped out WEDNESDAYS via UPS

$65 overnight flat rate shipping. Free shipping over $350.00.

DOA POLICY:
We have a 100% live arrival guarantee. This means we guarantee that when the coral/fish/crustacean arrives to destination up to 2 hours post delivery we will replace or offer store credit. MUST have proof by submitting photo/video of item in untampered shipping container to qualify. You will not be reimbursed for shipping cost.

If the delivery is delayed due to weather or unforeseen issues out of our control the DOA will be also be replaced or reimbursed for store credit
